At the age of 24 I unknowingly deal sourced my first home, I did this by negotiation a deal of 15% Below Market Value. I did my own due diligence and worked out the potential returns with a light refurbishment. from seeing this potential I have since been fascinated in property investing.

From Property Manager to Estate Agent, I have learnt throughout my career what makes good property investments to benefit from property appreciation and also rental cash flow. this drove me to create this business to help other investors find and secure great property deals.
